Nimisha Patel, CPA, CAA, AEP®

Nimisha Patel is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Illinois, the one of the founding members of Pinnacle Worldwide and focusing on the Tax and Estate Federal and States laws. She has been with the firm for over 23 years and is an Executive member-in-charge of all tax and estate clienteles. Prior to the current firm, Nimisha has worked at Arthur Andersen, big 4 accounting firm at senior level, was named equity partner in 1999. Prior to this position, she had worked as Controller of the subsidiary of the publicly owned corporation and small accounting and consulting firms. She also provides comprehensive financial and tax planning to the businesses and its executives/partners as well as high net worth individuals, including family offices with multi-generational estate planning and working in collaborative manners with the senior management/members of firms/businesses/family offices/trusts. She also serves her expertise to many bank with the trust institutions along with multinational and international firms/trusts/corporations and partnerships including privately and publicly held corporation in consultative and compliance arenas. She also works with multi-national and international clients in a Merger and Acquisitions to minimize tax exposures with the current tax laws for pre and post M&A transactions. She also provides the legal and tax saving strategies to Incorporating entities/businesses/corporations in conjunction with the respective federal, state and international tax laws. She has provided her expertise to individuals, estates & trusts, privately held businesses & partnerships including multi-national and international corporations in the tax litigations and representations successfully. She has also assisted in the retirement and post retirement planning with her expertise and is equipped with all the licenses to provide the best strategies to help maximize financial benefits. She is an executive member and immediate past president of the Lake County Estate Planning Council. She is currently a board member of NAEPC. She has made various presentations on new tax legislations and other tax topics including estate and retirement planning. Nimisha graduated with the multiple Bachelor degrees including masters and CPA from University of Illinois and holds many certificates relevant to her expertise.
