In this role, she helps enhance nonprofit client relationships through direct engagement by providing customized guidance. Using her knowledge of the nonprofit sector, she works directly with market teams and nonprofit clients in variety of areas including investments, governance and operational best practices, distribution strategies and  philanthropic planning. As part of the Endowment and Foundation National Practice Group, she also contributes to thought leadership, presents at client events and works with key stakeholders in the community to promote PNC’s commitment to the nonprofit sector.\n \n\nIn her role as a Quality Review Specialist at the Drueding Center, Ashley designed and developed the organization's first-ever database in just six months, decreasing admin time by over 50%. She designed CASA Philadelphia's inaugural annual volunteer feedback survey and helped them to identify key performance drivers of their volunteer recruitment and retention. In her role as a Consultant at Nonprofit Finance Fund, Ashley has helped organizations create financial plans for and think strategically about facilities acquisition, business model change, staff expansion, and more. Specifically, her partnership with organizations like South Asian American Digital Archive and Rhizome resulted in them being awarded $1M by the Andrew W Mellon foundation.\n \n\n  \n \n\n   Emily Schreiber\n  Vice President & Senior Regional Philanthropy Advisor\n   Southwest Mountain Midwest/West Region\n\nPNC Private Bank Hawthorn\n As a vice president and senior regional philanthropy advisor, Emily provides philanthropy advice to help you fulfill your purpose driven goals and solve the problems you care about most. Emily works with you and your family to understand your unique perspective and core values. She tailors an approach by structuring charitable and purpose driven vehicles, along with capital deployment strategies, to achieve the greatest impact. She has the knowledge, experience and desire to help you envision, articulate and implement your social impact strategies.\n\n Emily has spent close to ten years developing specialized knowledge and experience in the philanthropic sector. Most recently she served as a Director of Development for Rice University, where she raised major and complex gifts. Emily formed trusting relationships with ultra high net worth individuals and families, working with them to creatively design and secure gifts that achieved the donors' philanthropic goals and furthered the institution's mission. Prior to joining Rice, she served as a Development Officer at the Houston Grand Opera, and she cooked professionally in New York City and Houston.\n\n Emily is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She is also a certified leadership coach through the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University, a trained yoga teacher, and a chef with a diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education. Emily lives in Houston with her husband Sam with their dog Mr. Flaco.\n\n Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history from New York University and with a Master of Arts in nonprofit management from The University of Houston.\n
