Being on the border, she understands the value of the relationship between the U.S. and Mexico and the importance of cross-border business. Marissa and her support staff are bilingual and bicultural, which allows them to understand the needs of foreign clients and guide them with respect to their business operations and personal planning. Over the past 15 years, she has represented clients from the U.S. and Mexico on domestic and international matters, including corporate, real estate, contractual, estate planning and probate matters. His Mexico business clients rely on his knowledge and experience to help them navigate corporate matter including mergers and acquisitions, immigration issues and real estate matters. Patricio has worked with numerous U.S. clients who desire to establish a presence in Mexico. Specifically, he has over 13 years of experience representing clients in establishing maquiladora and manufacturing facilities including assistance in real estate transactions, the formation of Mexican entities, the acquisition and sale of shares and assets of Mexican entities, mergers and liquidations of Mexican entities, acquisition and sale of industrial, commercial and residential real estate, loans with collateral in Mexico, among other matters.\n \nPatricio has been a presenter in groups and organizations both in Mexico and in the United States concerning Mexican corporate and real estate matters.\n \n \n
